By August 2017 the Search Engine Optimisation and Pay Per Click campaign saw an overall rise in ranking keywords from 2,576 ranking keywords & 76 in top 3 results (Jan 17 SEMRush) to 4,852 ranking keywords with 173 of them ranking top 3 in Google, as well as 849 different keywords ranking on page 1 all together (SEMRush Aug 17). This culminated in an increase of traffic from 30,360 organic traffic/month in February 17 to 48,411 organic traffic/month in August 2017 (July 31st-August 29th).

As well as the rise in ranking keywords and traffic when we started the campaign, total fishing tackle’s site was getting 320 conversions/month through Organic traffic (1.05% conversion). By August 2017 they were receiving 781 conversions/month (1.61% conversion) from Organic traffic (July 31st-August 22th). This is a drastic increase of 144% in conversions as well as a nice jump in conversion rate. This shows an excellent ROI especially when you consider the limited budget of this campaign compared to the results it garnered.
